LEGALIS was established through the union of Italian law firms and accountants, highly specialized in specific areas of practice, that has as its main objective the provision of a full, multidisciplinary service in all areas of the law, both in consultancy and litigation matters, whether civil, criminal, administrative or tax related.

LEGALIS is made up of 40 professionals, lawyers and accountants, with an established reputation in their specific areas of practice and many of them have taken part in some of the most important financial and corporate transactions in the Italian market whether it be project financing, both for the construction and operation of power plants and infrastructures and other public works, public-private partnerships, important commercial real-estate projects, government concessions and public tenders.

LEGALIS can assist its clients both in Italy and abroad, as its members maintain a wide network of professional correspondents in the major jurisdictions and is able to communicate directly with clients in English, French, German and Spanish. Some of our partners come from foreign jurisdictions, specifically England and Germany, and many other members have qualifications from foreign universities.
