LEGALIS assists its clients in civil, criminal, administrative and tax litigation as well as in arbitration procedures.

Our litigation department is divided into teams of lawyers with specific experience in the various categories including civil litigation, the labour law courts, administrative courts (TAR, Consiglio di Stato, Corte dei Conti), the criminal and tax courts. To ensure a rapid response to procedural requirements a series of filters and controls have been developed so that the various phases of a court case are continually monitored and submissions prepared in advance of deadlines.
