Cetirizine hydrochloride is a second-generation H1 antihistamine, which is a long-acting and selective oral potent antiallergic drug.H1 receptor antagonists have good anti-allergic reactions and are commonly used for allergic rhinitis, allergic pruritus, conjunctivitis, etc.
