Function
Emtricitabine is a new nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor, HIV-.1, HIV-2 and HBV have antiviral activity. After oral administration of phosphorylated 5 '- three phosphate, 5' - three phosphate, 5 '- three phosphate by entering the main chain of the virus, binding to the main chain, leading to chain termination, thus inhibiting the activity of HIV-1 reverse transcriptase and HBV DNA polymerase.
