The extrusion line is mainly made up of special single screw extruder for PPR and PR-RT materials, vacuum calibration tank, spraying cooling tank, hauler, cutter and stacker(or winder) and so on.
 
Features of the extrusion line:

The production has the features of high output, good plasticity, higher pipe pressure resistance etc. the entire extrusion line realize automatic control from the material feeding to pipe stacking. With the installation of the encoder and the PLC, the non-dust cutter could realize accurate setting length cutting. To insure the stability during high speed production, we adopt advanced basket-type die head.
