The anodized aluminum plate is oxidized to form a thin layer of alumina on the surface, the thickness of which is 5 ~ 20 microns, and the hard anodic film can reach 60 ~ 200 microns. Anodized aluminum plate, improve its hardness and wear resistance, up to 250 ~ 500 kg/square mm, good heat resistance, hard anodized film melting point up to 2320K, excellent insulation, breakdown voltage up to 2000V, enhanced corrosion resistance, in ω=0.03NaCl salt spray after thousands of hours without corrosion.  The oxide film has a large number of micropores in the thin layer, can adsorb various lubricants, suitable for the manufacture of engine cylinder or other wear-resistant parts; Membrane microporous adsorption capacity can be colored into a variety of beautiful and gorgeous colors. Non-ferrous metals or their alloys (such as aluminum, magnesium and their alloys) can be anodized.

General process flow:
Aluminum workpieces → upper hanger → degreasing → water washing → alkaline corrosion → water washing → light emitting → water washing → anodic oxidation → water washing → deionized water washing → dyeing or electrolytic coloring → water washing → deionized water washing → sealing → water washing → lower hanger

Process flow of aluminum products with high brightness:
Aluminum workpieces → mechanical polishing → degreasing → water washing → neutralization → water washing → chemical or electrochemical polishing → water washing → anodic oxidation → water washing → deionized water washing → dyeing or electrolytic coloring → water washing → deionized water washing → sealing → water washing → mechanical brightness
