Electric roller hearth furnace is suitable for continuous firing of lithium positive electrode materials such as lithium cobalt oxide, lithium manganese oxide, ternary materials, etc. in an oxidizing atmosphere.
(2) Equipment process
This electric furnace is a tunnel type roller resistance furnace, with heating elements arranged up and down in the tunnel for heating. The temperature of each temperature zone is set according to the process, and the feeding bowl is continuously transported on the roller bar.
