Product Description :

33# 36# 41# fused cast AZS refractory bricks are mainly made of zircon sand with a ZrO2 content of 68%, fine powder with a zircon content of 98% and industrial grade alumina powder. They are melted into a liquid in an electric arc furnace at a high temperature above 2000 ° C, and then cast into an insulating material with quartz sand. In the first layer of mold, after cooling, demoulding for cutting and further processing, and high-grade refractory products are delivered after pre-assembly. It is often used in glass furnace melting pool bottom and pool wall, smelting part breast wall, neck, small furnace bottom brick and other parts.
