Q1. Are you a manufacturer? 
Yes, we're a   ceramic   sanitary ware manufacturer.
Located in Chaozhou, Guangdong, China, our factory has a total building area of 500,000   ft²  

Q2. How many years of quality guarantee for your products?
10 years for ceramic body and 3 years for toilet accessories.

Q3. How to get a sample?
Sample order is always welcome for our first cooperation.
Sample fee is prepaid and will be returned once a formal order is placed.

Q4. What is the payment term?
We accept T/T, 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against the copy of BL.

Q5. What about the delivery time?
Depends on order quantity. Usually 30-45 days for one 40'HQ container after receiving your deposit.

Q6. Can you print our logo or brand on the products?
We can laser print customized logos on the products with permission from customers,
who need to provide us with a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to do so.
 
Q7. Can we use our own shipping agent?
Sure.

If the parts are damaged within the validity period, we can re-p rovide them with the bulk goods or send them by express, and the freight will be borne by the customers.
