The griddle body is all stainless steel, and the 7-gauge steel cooking surface offers 665 square inches of cooking space. The cooking surface's porcelain coating has been specially formulated to resist chips and scratches, so you don't have to worry about rust or needing to keep the surface seasoned. In the front right corner, there's a large opening to drain grease and fat into the removable grease tray below.
