1. Q: Can you make our custom brand logo?
   A: Yes, we accept OEM/ODM service.


2. Q: Can you offer free sample?
   A: Sample fee would be needed for our sample production, but money will be returned if you place order with us. Freight Charge for sample delivery would be collected on your side.

3. Q: How long to make a sample ?
   A: 15-30days depending on the design.

4. Q: How about lead time?
   A: Normally around 20-35 days upon order confirmation.

5. Q: Can you offer me a discount?
   A: Cost would be lower depending on quantity, usually  the more you order the cheaper we offer.

6. Q: What about your payment term?
 A: For your first order, we accept 30%TT down payment only, the rest TT/LC at sight. For future order, other payment terms would be available upon discussion.

7. Q: Can we visit your factory?
 A: Certainly, customers are always welcomed to visit. Please make an appointment in advance.

8. Q: How far away your factory?
 A: Our factory is located in Jiangmen city, Guangdong, China. It is quite closed to Guangzhou/Shenzhen/Zhongshan/Zhuhai/Dongguan. It would take less than 2 hours by driving from Guangzhou Airport to our factory.

9. Q: Where the near ports can be chose?
 A: Jiangmen Port/Zhongshan Port/Huangpu Port/Nanshan port/Yantian Port,etc.
