Airlaid chemical bonded nonwoven have high randomness/disorder fiber web. This characteristic ensured both machine direction and cross direction have close tensile strength. Usually hard handfeel nonwovens are easier to achieve high strength, but soft nonwoven, it's not easy to reach high strength, especially the cross direction. This air laid nonwoven addressed this issue perfectly, improving the cross direction tensile strength apparently. 

Besides, this fabric is very soft, breathable, good hanf feel, almost lint free, and ageing resistance. 

If this airlaid nonwoven made by viscose and hard hand feel binder, we'll achieve an totally opposite result. It will be very easy to tear from both sides like common paper. It will be ideal embroidery backing material, easy to tear at any direction and lint-free. 

The grammage of this item could be 30-120 gsm.
