1BQD series opposed Light-duty Disc Harrow is designed  and manufactured by combined with  foreign technolo gy ,  it  is mainly used for crushing and loosing the soil after plo ugh ing, presowing plo ugh ing, chessom, mixing soil and fertilizer , etc.
The machine has the features and advantages of reasonable structure, firmness and durability, easy to use and  maint ain , e liminating tractor bias traction, etc.

Our 1BQD series Disc Harrow   Main Advantages :
1. It is a mounted light-duty opposed disc harrow for 30-80hp tractor .
2. Fit the scraper for each disc blade to clean the objects.
3. 65 Mn Steel disc blade of 460*3mm hardness: 38-44 HRC, assuring the toughness and wear ability of disc blade .Front disc set made of notched discs, rear disc set made of round discs;
4. Rigid steel frame;the main beam is 50-70 mm ,strong and durable
5. High Quality square shaft made of quenched and tempered No.45 steel;the size is 28*28 mm.
6. Bearing is covered by sealed bearing seat to protect it from sand, dust etc.

1B J X Series Mounted Medium Disc Harrow
The 1BJX series Disc Harrow are suitable for pulverized and loosening clods on sticky heavy clay soil after ploughing and for planning the land before sowing on cultivated land, It can make soil and fertilizer mix up, and clear away the stump of plants and be used instead of plough on light or medium soil and preparing seed bed for planting.

The 1BJX series Mounted medium Disc Harrow's front gangs are assembled with scalloped disc, and rear gangs with plain disc. The harrows are adopted a whole frame made of quadrangular steel tubes by welding, So their structures are simple and reasonable, strong and durable. Their processes are perfect. The bearing is ball bearing with sphere-outside and square-inside, its rated load is large, trailing resistance is small, sealing is good. They're convenient to operate and maintain. Efficient in pulverizing and penetrating into the soil and leaves the land with a smooth, even tilth. All these satisfy the agricultural requirements of intensive cultivation.
