BG series automatic de-capper is corollary equipment of 5 gallon barrel line. It is used to pull caps for reusable barrel before rinsing, and avoid pulling caps manually which may cause secondary pollution and increase efficiency. Machine is made of stainless steel which anti-corrosion and easy cleanable. Adopt well-known brands like SIEMENS, OMRON as main electronic components and AIRTAC as the pneumatic components. It is well designed with reasonable structure and high efficiency, operating stably with highly automation.

Cap elevator is the auxiliary machine for barrel line whose function is to transfer caps from hopper to cap unscrambler. It has cap miss inspection device to ensure stable transfer and reduce damage to caps.
    Avoid secondary pollution by stainless steel structure and organic glass blanking plate.
   The angle of frame supports are adjustable for different situation.
