Product Description

QCN series of medical high purity nitrogen generator brief instruction:
it has a wide range of uses in the food and pharmaceutical industry. Nitrogen protection is used in synthesis, nitrogen isolation is used in bioengineering, nitrogen filling is used in preparation production, such as large infusion, liquid injection , powder injection, freeze-drying agent, oral liquid, liquid preparation tank and other isolation and transmission equipment of nitrogen gas. It mainly consists of three systems: compressed air post-treatment system, pressure swing adsorption system and gas precision filtration system.

QCN series of medical high purity nitrogen generator key features: 
1.  The unique air distribution device in China :the inverted umbrella shaped air guide device at the bottom of the adsorber, which makes the air distribution more uniform and reduces the adsorption "blind zone" of the molecular sieve; It not only improves the utilization rate of molecular sieve, reduces the consumption of compressed air, but also avoids the direct impact of air flow on molecular sieve, so as to minimize the pulverization of molecular sieve.

2.  The equipment adopts the unique snowstorm molecular sieve filling technology, which greatly improves the adsorption effect of molecular sieve with more uniform distribution and effectively guarantees the nitrogen output and purity. Especially the molecular sieve anti pulverization process, under normal use, can secure that the molecular sieve has a life span of 8 years.

3.The equipment adopts the principle of pressure swing adsorption, uses the carbon molecular sieve pressure adsorption, pressure relief , nitrogen and oxygen adsorption rates are different to produce high-purity nitrogen, the purity can reach 99.999%.

4.  The equipment adopts a special pressing device, so that the adsorber does not need to add molecular sieve in use, so as to prevent the molecular sieve from moving and pulverizing, and reduce the user's use cost.

5.  The equipment adopts multi-stage precise filtration treatment device to achieve a breakthrough in one-step high-purity nitrogen production, ensure the cleanness, sterility and dryness of nitrogen, and effectively ensure the quality of nitrogen.

6.  The equipment adopts intelligent control system, which is controlled by human-machine interface and intelligent module. It is highly automatic, energy-saving, safe, reliable and easy to operate. The production process is unattended, with a service life of  8 years.

7.  The equipment is equipped with KY-2N on-line analyzer, which is very intuitive and convenient, and ensures the quality of nitrogen, and is equipped with a complete set of cleaning and disinfection procedures and validation report template meeting GMP requirements, which can be made in the process of pharmaceutical and food production, under the supervision of the enterprise and in the test, so that the whole process of nitrogen preparation can be recorded, controlled and verified, which is also the traceability of its quality control and the key embodiment of explicability.
