Description:

Chemically dissolve yttrium oxide in hydrochloric acid and dilute to 100-150g/L (calculated as Y2O3), heat the solution to 70-80°C, and then precipitate with 48% hydrofluoric acid. The precipitate is washed, filtered, dried, crushed, and vacuum dehydrated to obtain yttrium fluoride.
