Nuzhuo Cryogenic Liquid Oxygen Tank
The cryogenic storage tank is a vertical or horizontal double-layer vacuum insulated storage tank used to store liquid oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide and other media. Its main function is to fill and store cryogenic liquids. For the safe use requirements of low-temperature storage tanks, comprehensive consideration should be given to gas hazard characteristics, low-temperature protection effects, surrounding environmental conditions, pressure vessel characteristics, etc., and corresponding technical management measures should be taken to ensure safe operation. When the storage tank is in operation, there are potential dangers such as leakage, overpressure, explosion, etc. If these hidden dangers are not dealt with in time, serious consequences will be caused. The use of cryogenic storage tanks should strictly implement the "Safety Rules for the Use of Cryogenic Liquid Storage and Transportation Equipment" (JB/T 6898-2015) to strengthen daily safety management.

Structure Of Cryogenic Storage Tank

The cryogenic storage tank is a double-layer vacuum insulated storage tank. The material of the inner tank is austenitic stainless steel; the low temperature storage tank is usually composed of an inner tank, an intermediate heat insulation layer and an outer tank.
1. The inner tank is a liquid-tight and flexible inner container made of thin low-temperature steel plate. Usually nickel steel, stainless steel or aluminum alloys are used.
2. The middle insulation layer is the inner and outer container interlayer filled with insulation material pearl sand or aluminum foil, insulation cotton and vacuumized, the purpose is to isolate the internal and external heat transfer.
3. The outer tank is a shell that can withstand various loads, and it must have sufficient strength. According to the different materials used, it can be divided into the following types: frozen soil wall, steel wall, reinforced concrete wall and prestressed concrete wall.
