Artist Zane Statz, who painted the fence with another artists since 2014, said the "paint by numbers" mural will "portray what we see for the future of the Packers. It's focusing on the past great quarterbacks and then (Jordan) Love."

Painting will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 23. Paint and brushes will be provided.

"There is no sign-up. Just show up," Statz said.

"They can come by later and really say, 'I helped paint that.' This mural is going to be up for a year. We are looking for as many people as want to come out on Saturday," Statz said.

Painters can park on Shadow Lane and in nearby parking lots.

BayCare Clinic will sponsor the project, which includes a $2,000 donation to NEW Community Shelter.

The property is owned by Dennis Klumb Jr. of East Troy, Wis., according to Brown County land records.
